Caption: Back to present time…
Pilot: We're at the arrival station. Shuttle buses aren't ready yet, so it's a 15-minute walk to the control center.
Heidi: Still no response?
Pilot: Nope, radio silence.

The team has entered the arrival station.
Zhang: Not a lot of people here… nobody actually.
Pilot: Only a skeleton crew is at the center for the trials. Something about minimal risks and such.

Max: Risks? I don't like the sound of this.
Pilot: Hey, I only know this much. You know, need-to-know…
Max: Sigh, I can't wait to let them know what I think of their need-to-know…

Pilot: The center is to the west, just follow the main road. Crew and infrastructure are there.
Heidi: You stay here?
Pilot: Yeah, I already have enough of a suntan.

Zhang: The whole concept of this theme park is pretty weird.
Heidi: It seems as if they're making a physical equivalent of a bunch of game worlds.
Max: It does remind me of an old movie, but I can't pinpoint it…

The team looks at a collection of directional signs.
Zhang: “Military World,” that explains why some of the mails came from military domains.
Max: They really threw everything together. Past, present, and I guess some bits of the future as well.
Zhang: A damn weird future.

The team looks at a billboard with text “Faceworld - We Love to See Your Face Here™.”
Zhang: What the hell happened to that billboard?
Heidi: Are those bullet holes?

Max: It is totally shredded… but only in a specific spot.
Zhang: We're not in that military-themed attraction, are we?
Max: No, that's quite a bit to the north according to the sign.

We see a statue that is lacking its head.
Heidi: Oh my god, look at that statue!
Max: That again looks suspiciously like gunfire damage, and definitely no small caliber.
Zhang: I'm getting a very bad feeling about this.

Zhang: Look, something is moving over there. Looks like a robot…
Max: I don't trust this, let's take cover.

We get a closer view of the robot, approaching another billboard with a happy person depicted on it. The robot is equipped with a kind of minigun. In the distance, we see the team hiding behind the shot-up statue.
Robot: Well, hello!

Robot: Welcome to Faceworld, we love to see your face here!
SFX, sound of minigun spinning up: Vwwiiiii…

The robot starts blasting the billboard.
SFX: BRRRRRAAPPPPP

We see the robot through a gaping smoking hole in the billboard.
Robot: Where did you go? You aren't afraid of robots, I hope? Well, see you later.

We see the team with an astonished and frightened look on their faces.
Max: What the f…
Zhang: 哎呀！
Heidi: Sssht! Stay quiet!
